The Products:

All pieces are 100% hand made, and the size and finish of each piece may slightly vary from those represented by the photographs on this website, and from the sizes quoted on individual pages.
We are therefore unable to guarantee to supply pottery totally identical in color or size, but make every effort to create pieces as similar as possible.

CANCELLATION-POLICY:

After placing an order you have the right to cancel it within 36 hours and get a full refund. Eventual changes in your order may also be possible at a later stage, if the process of your order is not proceded too far.

RETURN-POLICY:

NB! ALL returns within The Netherlands FREE OF CHARGE!

Guarantee in case of damage:

Please check your goods properly upon receiving, if anything appears to be damaged in transport, please notify us about it immediately by email or telephone and preferably also send a photo by mail of the damaged goods. You will then be explained how to return the parcel FREE OF CHARGE. This holds for parcels from outside the Netherlands as well.

Satisfaction-guarantee:

ALL returns within The Netherlands  FREE OF CHARGE (via DHL For You).

In case of return from outside The Netherlands (via DPD pick-up service), you will have to prepay the full shipping-charge but we will return the cost above 12 euro together with the refund for your order. If you instead would like to immediately place a new exchange-order, you will receive the new order at no shipping costs and also get a pottery surprise-gift!

* NB! The 7-day return-policy is not valid for products which are custom made according to specific requirements from customer.
Kari Ceramics keep also the rights to reject returned goods or to only partially refund the already paid amount if there is reason to believe that the product has been in use or that it has been damaged in the return-sending due to faulty packaging from the customer's side.

PROCEDURE FOR FREE RETURNS IN THE NETHERLANDS via "DHL for You":

1. Call us at tel. +31 (0)6 4172 0214 or send an email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it simply to inform us that you would like to return the item.

2. We will send you a code for printing out a return label for free retour. If you have no access to printer, we will send you the return-label by post in 1-2 days.
3. Pack and seal your return-parcel securely in the original package, with a copy of invoice enclosed. Attach the return-label on top of the old sticker, and you can send the parcel free of charge via "DHL for You" from a DHL Service-point (search a Service-point near by you)

5. When you ship a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. If the item(s) is lost or damaged during return-sending, Kari Ceramics is not responsible for the lost or damaged item(s), and we will in that case be giving only a partial or no refund.

6. Take good care of the proof of sending you receive when delivering the parcel.

You will receive a confirmation email when the parcel has been received by us.
We will then issue according to your preference either an exchange voucher/gift voucher, a refund or make a replacement. Exchange voucher will be sent immediately by e-mail or post and refunds will be issued as soon as possible, latest within 30 days after receiving of the returned goods. Exchange items will be delivered as quickly as possible and you will be notified about the expected delivery-time.

PRIVACY-STATEMENT:
Registration is necessary when making a purchase at www.kariceramics.com. This is for the purpose of billing and delivery. It allows you easier access when you return to the site. Furthermore it allows you to track the state of your order and any other purchases you may make. Kari Ceramics will not share your details with any other companies. The details you provide at the moment of registration are used exclusively for the transactions between Kari Ceramics and its clients. Your details will be retained according to privacy laws and no data will be forwarded to third parties.
