ORDERING:
After placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail regarding your order-details. As soon as possible, normally within 1 workingday, we will send you a personal email informing you about the expected delivery time.

DELIVERY-TIME:

Since all items normally are made especially for each customer, the regular delivery-time is expected to be between 2-4 weeks. Sometimes we do have certain items in stock or ready only to be glazed in your choice of color. If this is the case, we do our best to make your order ready within 7 days. If you need something urgent for a special event or for a specific date, please contact us so we can see if it is possible to fulfill your wishes.

You can pay to Kari Ceramics via BANK TRANSFER:

You are requested to transfer the full amount within 7 days after placing your order to bank account 4991776 in the name of Kari Ceramics, Amsterdam. Do not forget to specify your order number.

SHIPMENT - COSTS:
You can choose to pick up your order at the studio of Kari Ceramics in Amsterdam (for address, see contact) or to receive the parcel via DPD. (national and international).

NB! POTTERY FOR FREE! When you opt for picking up your order yourself, you will receive as a gift the opportunity to choose free pottery at a value of 15% of your order. The details will be explained in the confirmation-mail you receive short time after your order.

THE NETHERLANDS : SENDING COSTS FREE OF CHARGE, ALSO ON RETURNS !

WITHIN EU: FIXED RATE 12 EURO!

EUROPE, OUTSIDE EU: Norway 40 euro, Switzerland and Lichtenstein 20 euro.

Outside Europe:

Between 24-34 euro for parcels up to 5 kg, and between 50-100 euro for parcels between 5-20 kg.

NOW 50% DISCOUNT for parcels between 10-20 kg = 50 euro!

RETURN-POLICY:

Satisfaction-guarantee. If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Kari Ceramics within 7 days of receipt of goods and get a full refund latest within 30 days.
